Work hard, play slow.

I don’t do the most but I do a lot. Imma make a toast ‘cause we still alive. No Big, I feel like Pac. I shoot the shot. I’m comin’ in hot.

My mantra this ENTIRE MONTH. Between setting up my classroom (shoutout to my co-teacher for being a real one), planning for the first week of school, and keeping up with my company, I am whooped. I don't want to fall behind on ONAMP because this project is so special to me. It's so important that I make this work. Not only for myself, but also for the numerous amount of people I could actually help. There's something special about having a black woman support your work, give voice to your feelings, and help you thrive. This might be the Leo in me, but, I want to be that person for others. Especially those that are coming up behind me. The support I've received is the support I want to give to others.

Listen, I don't ask for much. It's in my nature to give. And I often give more than I receive. However, this thing, right here? It's a community effort. That means I need your support! ONAMP needs your support. Because that's the only way we can help others. You may be wondering how you can help! That's super easy. Just click the donate button on our homepage. You can give as much or as little as you are able! It's the support for me.
